Refund Policy

However, since our services involve time, planning, and digital resources, we have established the following refund policy to maintain transparency and fairness for both parties.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Techify Digital for web development, design, SEO, digital marketing, or any other related service are considered final once the project begins. Refunds are provided only under specific conditions mentioned below. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

a. Duplicate Payment

If a client has made a duplicate payment for the same service by error, the extra payment will be refunded after proper verification.

b. Service Not Initiated

If the project or campaign has not been started and you wish to cancel your order, you may request a partial refund (subject to an administrative fee of up to 10% of the total amount paid).

c. Non-Delivery of Service

If a service is not delivered within the agreed timeline due to an internal issue or delay from our end, and no substantial progress has been made, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
  • If the service has already been initiated or delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
  • For digital marketing campaigns (such as SEO, PPC, or social media) once the setup, strategy, or ad budget allocation has started.
  • When project delays are caused due to client-side issues such as late feedback, content delivery, design approvals, or communication gaps
  • For domain registration, hosting, SSL, third-party tools, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
  • For services where results depend on external factors (e.g., Google algorithms, market conditions, ad performance, etc.).

4. Project Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel the project after work has begun:
  • A cancellation fee equivalent to the amount of work completed will apply.
  • Any remaining balance after deduction will be refunded (if applicable).

Company-Initiated Cancellation:

Techify Digital reserves the right to cancel any project or service agreement in case of:

  • Breach of terms, unethical practices, or misuse of our services.
  • Non-payment or delayed payment beyond the agreed timeline. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

5.Processing Refunds

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation. Refunds are made using the same payment method originally used for the transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Changes to This Policy

Techify Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
